Eric Lunsford

Eric Lunsford is a seasoned real estate attorney currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since January 2021. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Partner at Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP from August 2013 to January 2021, and previously worked as an Associate at Dechert LLP from October 2010 to August 2013. Eric's legal practice is concentrated on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development, as well as commercial leasing and real estate lending. Eric began the legal career as a Low Income Taxpayer Clinic Fellow at the Volunteer Legal Services Program of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Eric earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Entrepreneurial Studies from the UNM Anderson School of Management.
