Joel Bolstein

Joel Bolstein is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in environmental law. Currently a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since September 2002, Bolstein specializes in brownfield redevelopment, environmental litigation, corporate and real estate transactions, and compliance involving federal, state, and local agencies. Prior to this role, Bolstein spent over 12 years at Dechert LLP, initially starting as an Associate in September 1989. Bolstein also served as Deputy Secretary at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection from January 1995 to September 1997, where significant contributions were made to the state's brownfield program and its coordination with economic projects. The legal career began at Weil Gotshal & Manges in September 1987, focusing on various administrative law sectors.
