Julie Schechter

Julie Schechter is a legal professional with extensive experience in cooperative and condominium law, currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild since August 2024. Julie's practice involves advising boards on governance, drafting legal documents, and assisting with transitions from sponsor to unit owner control. Previously a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP and Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, Julie has focused on real estate transactions and board representation. Julie also authored "Off The Charts Law Summaries," a unique law school study aid designed for efficient learning. Julie's early career included roles at Chanel, Merrill Lynch, and multiple legal internships, complemented by a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
