Karen Sargent

Karen Sargent, MSHRD, CLM, currently serves as the Director of Practice Services at Fox Rothschild, where responsibilities include developing standardized processes and workflows, as well as creating learning and development opportunities for business professionals. Prior to this role, Karen was an Office Administrator at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, overseeing day-to-day operations, IT systems, human resources functions, and disaster preparedness. Additionally, Karen served as Past-President and Board Member of the RDU Association of Legal Administrators. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
