Kelly Dempsey

Kelly Dempsey is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since April 2023, specializing in adoption, immigration, and assisted reproductive technology. Prior to this role, Dempsey founded Dempsey Law, PLLC in December 2015 and served as an attorney until April 2023, focusing on related legal areas. From December 2011 to December 2015, Dempsey practiced international adoption law at KTE Law. Contributions to child advocacy included serving as General Counsel and Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Both Ends Burning from 2011 to September 2015 and as a board member promoting children's rights. Dempsey also has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at NCCU School of Law, teaching legal writing to first-year students in late 2013.
