Kevin Raphael

Kevin Raphael is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and health care law. Currently, Kevin serves as a Partner at Fox Rothschild since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Partner and Chair of the Health Care Litigation Practice Group at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP from January 2008 to April 2024. Kevin also worked as a Shareholder at Miller, Alfano & Raspanti, P.C. from March 2001 to January 2008. Earlier in his career, Kevin held positions as an Assistant District Attorney at both the Office of the District Attorney in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 1995 to 2001. Kevin holds a law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law, obtained between 1991 and 1994, and a bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University, completed from 1987 to 1991.
