Marc Hewitt is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, specializing in healthcare and administrative law with significant expertise in litigation related to business and regulatory disputes in civil courts and appeals from North Carolina and Federal administrative agency decisions. In addition to litigation, Marc provides advisory services to healthcare providers and managed care plans regarding regulatory and compliance issues in operations, transactions, and new ventures.
