Mark Platt

Mark Platt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law, particularly in restructuring and insolvency. Currently, Mark serves as a Member at Frost Brown Todd, a position held since January 2019, while also holding the title of Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Mark was a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright, where significant contributions were made to legal practices from October 2014 to October 2014 and from March 2004 to October 2014, respectively. Mark began legal career as an Associate at Jenkens & Gilchrist and Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox, and also served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
