Matt Baum

Matt Baum is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since October 2023 and previously held the same position at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP from May 2017 to October 2023. Baum specializes in representing financial industry participants, including broker-dealers, advisors, and investment advisory firms, handling customer and industry disputes, FINRA and SEC enforcement proceedings, securities licensing issues, employment matters, transitions, arbitrations, and court actions. Prior to this, Baum served as counsel at Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum PLLC from November 2009 to May 2017. Matt Baum earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from New York Law School in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2006.
