Michael Fitzgerald

Michael Fitzgerald is a seasoned litigation attorney currently with Fox Rothschild since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an associate attorney at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. from August 2021 to December 2023, and a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Sean F. Kennedy at the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania from August 2020 to August 2021. Earlier roles encompass law clerk positions at Kwartler Manus, LLC and THE BEASLEY FIRM, LLC, as well as a fiduciary services internship at Glenmede. Michael's foundational legal experience also includes a summer internship with the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Northeastern University, where Michael was also a student-athlete and captain of the varsity baseball team.
