Michelle Witzany

Michelle Witzany is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, where since September 2017, engagement has focused on multifamily financing transactions nationwide, utilizing FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac executions, alongside commercial lease transactions. Prior experience includes a decade at Winthrop & Weinstine, where Michelle specialized in HUD and Fannie Mae financing for multifamily housing projects and the development of wind and solar energy projects. Additionally, Michelle served on the Board of Directors for MNCREW from January 2011 to December 2012 and worked as a law clerk at the Law Office of Michael B. Daugherty from September 2003 to July 2007. Michelle holds a JD in Law with a focus on Real Estate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of South Florida.
