Nick Koffroth

Nick Koffroth is a Partner at Fox Rothschild, specializing in complex bankruptcy cases and financial restructuring in the health care, commercial lending, and entertainment sectors since January 2021. Prior to this role, Nick served as a Senior Managing Associate at Dentons in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group from May 2019 to December 2020, and as an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group at Venable LLP from February 2015 to May 2019. Nick's legal career began with a law clerk position at the United States Bankruptcy Court under the Honorable Sandra R. Klein from November 2009 to February 2015, and as a Judicial Extern under the Honorable Sheri A. Bluebond. Nick holds a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a BA in Political Science with a Minor in Public Affairs from UCLA, as well as a high school diploma from El Segundo High School.
