Patrice Kloss

Patrice Kloss is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Since January 2016, Patrice has served as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, focusing on equity and debt financings for companies, venture capitalists, and other investors, as well as loan transactions. Prior to this role, Patrice spent nearly 19 years as a Partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, also specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Patrice holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a minor in Japanese from the University of Minnesota, completed in 1990.
