Richard Lynn

Richard Lynn is a Partner at Fox Rothschild, having progressed from a Summer Associate in 2015 to Litigation Associate before achieving the partner title in September 2016. Richard has represented Fortune 500 commercial banking clients in litigation related to mortgage and lending issues. Prior experience includes roles at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where Richard worked in the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Additionally, Richard gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, and held various internships, including a paralegal position at Beldock Levine & Hoffman LLP and a legislative internship at the Connecticut General Assembly. Richard holds a Juris Doctor (JD) cum laude from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Trinity College-Hartford.
