Robert Rohrberger

Robert Rohrberger is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly in environmental law, construction law, and real estate matters. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since December 2006, Rohrberger has notably acted as common counsel in significant environmental cases and contributed to a patent trial in New Jersey that secured a $25 million jury verdict. Prior to this, Rohrberger was a Partner at Fox and Fox LLP from 1994 to 2006 and held partner and associate positions at Clapp & Eisenberg from 1987 to 1994. Rohrberger began the career as an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP from 1984 to 1987.
