Robert Stroud

Robert Stroud is a partner at Fox Rothschild since January 2024, specializing in corporate and health law, focusing on closing significant healthcare transactions for a diverse clientele including large medical practices, publicly traded companies, private equity sponsors, and health care service entities across the United States. Previously, Stroud served as a principal attorney at Blalock Walters, P.A. from September 2004 to January 2024, and completed a law internship at the U.S. Department of Justice; U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Services between June 2002 and June 2003, where assistance was provided in the detain docket. Stroud holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a JD with a Health Law Certification from Stetson University College of Law.
