Sean Coyle

Sean Coyle is a Corporate Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, with a focus on leading cannabis transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Fox Rothschild in February 2021, Sean served as a Partner at Akerman LLP from May 2006 to February 2021, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for professional sports franchises and entertainment venues. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, where tasks involved drafting merger documents, preparing securities filings, and conducting due diligence for various corporate transactions. Sean holds a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Tulane University.
