Stephen Brill

Stephen Brill serves as Associate General Counsel and Director of Legal Compliance at Smart Sand, Inc., since February 2018, while also holding the position of Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since April 2005. In these roles, Stephen provides comprehensive legal guidance across various domains of corporate law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, small business matters, and compliance with state and federal securities regulations. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and an MBA from Rutgers University - Camden, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from Rider University.
