Tom Moran

Tom Moran is a seasoned attorney specializing in M&A, corporate finance, and venture capital, currently serving as a partner at Fox Rothschild since August 2016. Prior experience includes an associate position at Ruder Ware and serving as student director in the Housing Law Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School, where Tom managed student attorneys in representing low-income tenants. Additional roles include externship with the Minnesota Judicial Branch and legal internships at Thomson Reuters.
