Tom Terrell

Tom Terrell is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in land use, zoning approvals, and environmental regulations. Currently a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since November 2018, Tom previously served as an Attorney at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP from 2000 to May 2022, providing legal counsel to corporations and individuals and acting as outside counsel to various municipalities. Earlier in his career, Tom was a Partner at Wyatt Early Harris Wheeler, LLP, focusing on general civil and commercial litigation. Tom holds a BA and JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with additional education from the University of Chicago and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
