Tyler Olson

Tyler Olson is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, where since January 2016, Tyler has specialized in advising financial institutions, institutional investors, and real estate owners on various commercial financing transactions, including construction, permanent, mezzanine, and conduit loans. Tyler also offers guidance on complex loan workouts, covering areas such as foreclosures, receiver appointments, guarantor actions, and asset sales under UCC Article 9. Prior to this role, Tyler served as an Attorney at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP from January 2011 to December 2015 and worked as an Internal Wholesaler of Variable Annuities at Allianz Life in 2006-2007. Tyler holds a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude in Economics from Concordia College.
