Ashley Martin

Ashley Martin is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive experience in complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Currently serving at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP since April 2019, Ashley specializes in matters related to contract disputes, fraud, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty, and antitrust law. Previously, Ashley worked at Sidley Austin LLP from August 2008 to March 2019. Ashley holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Yale University.
