Daniel A. Dorfman

Daniel A. Dorfman serves as the Chair of the Construction Practice Group at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP since January 2018, specializing in construction law for a diverse clientele including owners, developers, and contractors. With a strong focus on transactional matters, Daniel excels in drafting and negotiating customized design and construction agreements across various sectors. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Partner at Harris Winick Harris LLP from October 2010 to January 2018 and previously worked as an Associate at Stein Ray LLP and Howrey LLP. Daniel holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Government and Business from the University of Maryland.
