Margaret M. Anderson

Margaret M. Anderson is a capital partner and co-chair of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP, where Margaret has been serving since 2008. With extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings nationwide, Margaret delivers significant legal expertise in the field. Prior to Fox Swibel, Margaret held the title of Partner at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP from February 1990 to July 2008. Academically, Margaret earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Loras College.
