Scott Schonfeld

Scott Schonfeld is a partner at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP, specializing in Corporate, Real Estate, and Hospitality law since October 2016. With a comprehensive transactional practice, Scott focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities matters, general corporate representations, and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, Scott serves as a legal advisor for The Garage at Northwestern, providing guidance to emerging companies throughout the startup life cycle. Scott's previous experience includes being an associate at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, and a member of ProVisors.
