Frank Sochacki

Frank Sochacki is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Fox Valley Orthopedics since September 2021, with prior experience as a Peer Mentor/Tutor at City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College from October 2020 to August 2021. Frank has also held positions as a SPTA at RML Specialty Hospital and Lake County Physical Therapy, where engagement with medically complex patients and outpatient rehabilitation contributed to skill enhancement. Earlier experience includes serving as a Physical Therapy Technician at PT Solutions Physical Therapy and Physicians Immediate Care for over 16 years. Frank holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistance from City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College, earned between 2020 and 2021.
