Jeffrey Jacoby

Jeffrey Jacoby is a Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon currently affiliated with Fox Valley Orthopedics since January 2019. Jacoby has extensive experience in the field, having served as an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon at the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin and Prevea Orthopedics from 2017 to 2018 and 2012 to 2017, respectively. Previous experience includes a position at Lakeshore Orthopaedics and Holy Family Memorial Hospital from 2006 to 2014.
