Kofi Mills-Bampoe

Kofi Mills-Bampoe currently serves as a Partner at Fox Williams since July 2023. Previously, Kofi was a Partner at CANDEY from August 2020 to July 2023, specializing in commercial disputes with a focus on company and shareholder disputes, director misfeasance, civil fraud, and regulatory issues. Prior roles include Senior Solicitor at PCB Litigation LLP, concentrating on complex commercial disputes, and Senior Solicitor at Macfarlanes, where expertise included corporate and finance disputes. Additionally, Kofi worked as Legal Counsel (Secondee) at RBC, managing litigation and regulatory matters across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Kofi began the legal career at Linklaters as an Associate, handling various commercial disputes, after training at BPP Law School and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Oxford.
