Jane Young

Jane Young has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Jane is currently employed as a Marketing Proposal Specialist at Fox World Travel, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, Jane worked at CWT from 2007 to 2017, where they served as an Engagement Manager and later as a Senior Proposal Writer. Jane'sresponsibilities at CWT included writing and developing proposal content for strategic meetings and event management requests, as well as supporting business travel proposals for the US Proposal Development Team.

Before joining CWT, Jane gained valuable experience at Carlson Marketing Group from 2001 to 2007, where they worked as a Senior Sourcing Specialist. In this role, they focused on understanding client needs and pricing objectives, designing bespoke meeting and incentive programs, and negotiating contracts with various vendors to ensure value for money.

Jane then transitioned to TQ3 Navigant Performance Group in 1995, where they worked as an Account Manager and Meeting Planner. In these roles, Jane managed all aspects of incentive travel programs, business meetings, and special events, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Before entering the travel industry, Jane worked as a Travel Consultant and Group Air Coordinator at Kaju Travel from 1988 to 1993. Jane also gained experience in sales at Doubletree Hotel, where they served as a Catering & Convention Services Sales Manager from 1982 to 1988.

Throughout their career, Jane has demonstrated strong project management skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Jane has a comprehensive understanding of client needs and has consistently exceeded expectations in their roles.

Jane Young attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they pursued a degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
