David Normansell

David Normansell currently serves as Executive Director of Labor Relations at Fox Corporation, having held this position since September 2016, after a prior role as Director of Labor Relations. Previously, David worked at Emerson from August 2014 to June 2016, providing project-based support in various HR functions. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Gerdau North America, where responsibilities included advising employees on HR policies and compliance. David began a career in HR after earning an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University in 2011, building on a B.A. in Psychology obtained from Murray State University in 2009. David’s early professional development included a Graduate Assistant position at Western Kentucky University, highlighting skills in data analysis and leadership training.
