Elizabeth M. Economou

Elizabeth M. Economou serves as the Director of Communications for the Washington State Republican Party (WAGOP) since September 2023, focusing on creating and promoting content to support various policies and candidates. Additionally, Elizabeth has contributed to Fox News Digital and written extensively as a freelancer for notable publications, including Newsweek and The Seattle Times, since 2005. Previously, positions held include Regular Contributor at LifeZette, Web Content Editor/Manager for the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco, and Senior Intranet Writer/Editor at Group Health Cooperative. Elizabeth has also taught Strategic Communications at Seattle University and served as a contributing editor for Seattle Magazine, alongside roles in public relations for classical music productions and the Greek Orthodox Church.
