Brenda Ordonez is a multimedia journalist currently working at FOX19 WXIX while also serving as a reporter at LWC Studios since June 2023. Previously, Brenda gained experience as a reporter for Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV) and as a digital content producer at WFRV-TV CBS Local 5, where responsibilities included writing and publishing news articles. Brenda's early career included a role as front desk staff at Chicago Athletic Clubs. Academically, Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Marian University of Fond du Lac and a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University, complemented by leadership and mentoring roles during university studies.
