Ian Upton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and production control. Currently serving as the Assistant Plant Manager and Director of Production Control at Foxconn since January 2022, Upton previously held the position of Director of Production Control at Lordstown Motors Corporation from March 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Upton spent 15 years at General Motors, where various roles included Plant Manager, Supply Chain Director, and North American 3rd Party Manager. Upton began a career in supply chain management at Allison Transmission, a division of General Motors, from May 1998 to March 2005. Upton holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Purdue University.
