Ken Birkenheiser

Ken Birkenheiser is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality and failure analysis management. Currently serving as the Failure Analysis Manager at Foxconn since November 2001, Ken oversees a team of 14 people across three teams in two locations. Prior to Foxconn, Ken worked as a Supply Quality Technician at Solectron from January 1998 to November 2001, where responsibilities included managing the quality of sub-tier suppliers, collecting defective device samples for failure analysis, and facilitating corrective actions. Ken's career began at IBM, where Ken held the position of Quality Advocate from August 1989 to December 1998. Ken holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, earned between 1987 and 1989.
