Elyse Simchik currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Foxcroft Wine Co. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Elyse worked as the Lead Sommelier at Biblio from October 2022 to December 2023, and held the position of Beverage Manager and Server at Kindred Restaurant from September 2019 to October 2022. Elyse's experience also includes roles as a Wine Consultant and Assistant Manager at Winestore Holdings, LLC, from September 2017 to September 2020, a Baker at La Piccola Gabbia in 2018, and a Pastry Cook at Vestals Catering in mid-2017. Elyse began their culinary journey as a Pastry Chef at Amélie's French Bakery & Café from December 2015 to May 2017, and served as a Pastry Intern at Grace Restaurant in late 2016. Elyse holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management and an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, completed in June 2018.
