Allison Baxter

Allison has held roles in various departments since joining the Foxdale team in 2009. As the Compliance and Risk Manager, she chairs the Risk Management, Compliance, and Employee Safety Committees and serves on QAPI, Research, and Emergency Preparedness committees. Allison has a BA in Anthropology from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Mansfield University. In 2020, she earned a Certified Professional in Aging Services Risk Management (CPASRM) credential.
