Andy Lallathin

Andy Lallathin has worked in the real estate industry since 2009. In 2013, they co-founded and became the Managing Partner of Coastal Ridge Real Estate, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment, development, and property management firm with over $3.5 billion in AUM and 700+ associates. In 2019, they co-founded and became a Board Member of Foxen, a company that develops innovative technology to provide insurance solutions and financial services to property owners, managers and their residents. In 2021, they became an Investor and Board Member of TruLiv, a company that uses machine-learning and data-informed insight to source, underwrite and close deals at scale.

Andy Lallathin attended Miami University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
