Dan Costello, MBA, MS

Dan Costello, MBA, MS has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Dan began their career in 1997 as a Systems Analyst at West Corporation, where they created a mission-critical workforce management application and wrote queries to enhance databases. Dan then moved to Intelidata in 1999 as a Project Manager, where they managed, designed, and implemented Open Financial Exchange (OFX) XML middleware applications for billion-dollar clients. In 2002, they became the CEO of Breadbelt Solutions, where they implemented and enhanced Classic ASP web portals for e-commerce online stores.

In 2005, Costello became a Consultant for Planet Consulting for Blue Cross Blue Shield, where they implemented production reporting services architecture and reports against data warehouses. Dan then worked as a Consultant for Planet Consulting for GMAC in 2007, where they managed requirements, functional designs, system and user-acceptance testing, and deployment activities. Dan also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2004.

In 2006, Costello worked as a Programmer at Sitel, where they developed new reports and created new and enhanced existing Oracle packages for data extraction. In 2010, they became a Senior .Net Developer at Diversified Solutions, where they served as a technical lead for creating VB.Net web applications. Dan then worked as a Senior Integration Developer at WEX in 2020, where they worked with C#, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SFTP, SOAP, and REST to integrate partners to multiple WEX Health platforms. Currently, they are a Data Integration Engineer at Foxen, where they are helping to set up API's utilizing .net and Postman to get information from the customers system and store that data into an Azure SQL database.

Dan Costello holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they obtained between 1996 and 1998. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the same university, which they obtained between 1987 and 1996. Costello's educational background also includes Creighton Preparatory School.
