Fangwei Lee is a highly accomplished product design professional with extensive experience in leading innovative projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Design Director at Foxglove since April 2025, Fangwei previously held the position of Senior Product Design Manager at Meta from June 2018 to April 2025, where significant achievements included scaling the world's largest ML ecosystem, resulting in substantial user growth and revenue generation. As the Founder and CEO of Realiteer Corp. from January 2015 to December 2018, Fangwei launched an embodied simulator integrated into multiple hospitals. Additionally, Fangwei was the Chief Creative Officer at EarlyPlan INC. and contributed to major animated film franchises as a VFX Lead at DreamWorks Animation. Fangwei holds a Master of Entertainment Technology in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
