Walter Winter

Walter Winter is a retired Air Force Senior Officer with 25 years of professional experience in strategic leadership, team building, and process improvement. They held key positions including Branch Manager at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and Program Director for USSOCOM, overseeing major training and exercise programs. Walter earned distinguished graduate honors while pursuing a Master’s in Defense Analysis at the Naval Postgraduate School and also holds multiple advanced degrees in military strategy and international relations. Currently, they serve as Senior Program Director at Foxhole Technology and are actively involved in supporting transitioning military personnel through Project Transition USA.
