John Althouse

John Althouse is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security. Currently serving as Founder and CTO of FoxIO since June 2022, John also contributes to the Advisory Committee for Cybersecurity for Executives at the University of South Florida. Previous roles include Information Security Architect at Appian Corporation and Staff Engineer for Detection and Response at Robinhood. While at Salesforce from April 2012 to March 2021, John held multiple positions, culminating as Director of Threat Detection, receiving accolades for significant innovations in security. John began the career as a Data Center Technician at ServerBeach, where the first-ever YouTube server was built, and has a strong foundation in cybersecurity, having won competitions and awards throughout the career, including a first-place finish in the Symantec Cyber War Games.
