Eric Noh

Eric Noh is a seasoned technical support leader currently serving as the US Region Level 2 Tech Support Lead at Foxit, a position held since August 2021. In this role, Eric manages and trains support engineers, troubleshoots issues for VIP enterprise clients, and serves as the technical resource for escalated issues. Prior to joining Foxit, Eric held various positions at Right Networks, including Tier 3 Cloud Services Technician and Senior IT Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed advanced troubleshooting and team management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Zoning Research Coordinator at ASAP Event Advertising and an internship in the Office of Sustainability at Stony Brook University, where efforts were focused on promoting sustainable practices. Eric Noh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design Policy and Planning with a Minor in Geospatial Sciences from Stony Brook University.
