Bea began her career in HR, where she learned the equal importance of onboarding the right people and keeping them engaged, before finding her true passion in Operations. Prior to joining Foxmont, she spent the last 5 years at QuadX Inc., a digital logistics company servicing e-commerce platforms and social sellers, where she managed a network of over 2,000 rider partners. Bea’s role was not just to support the operational rider needs of the company, but also to ensure that these riders were the best in the industry - in terms of customer service, productivity and efficiency. She ended her stint in QuadX setting up the Customer Success team, a team whose main focus was to align the needs and desired results of its customers (riders and merchants alike) to the growth and success of QuadX. Bea looks forward to applying all her learnings from her previous roles as she takes on community management for Foxmont’s portfolio companies.
