Umang Desai

Umang Desai has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2007, Umang worked as a Student Advisor for NatWest, handling account openings and general queries specifically related to students. From there, Umang transitioned into web development, working as a Web Developer for Let's Talk Marketing and as an Ecommerce and Web Developer for Absolute Design. Umang then took on the role of Senior Magento Developer at Juno Web Design, specializing in building e-commerce websites and troubleshooting any issues. Umang continued to advance in the field, working as a Senior Developer at Quo Vadis UK Limited and a .NET Developer at Hillarys Blinds. Umang's most recent experience includes serving as a Senior Microsoft .NET Developer at Workchain, where they worked in an agile environment using various skills and technologies. Currently, Umang is a Lead .NET Developer at Foxtons, starting in 2023.

Umang Desai completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer and Multimedia Systems from the University of Liverpool from 2003 to 2006. Following that, Umang obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management of IT from the University of Nottingham in 2006-2007. Additionally, Umang has obtained various certifications, including MCSA: Web Applications, Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services, MCSD: Web Applications, Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications, MS: Programming in C#, Magento Certified Developer, and Umbraco Level 1 & 2. The years of obtaining these certifications range from 2013 to 2016.
