Jill Haspert

Jill Haspert is currently the CEO of Foxtrot Marketing Group. Prior to this, they were a consultant with Brand Enterprise and a marketing manager with General Mills. Jill began their career as an intern with Target in 2010.

During their time at Target, Jill completed analysis and strategy development to capture greater share of the expanding $18B on-the-go snack and beverage market. Jill also performed comprehensive guest analysis to determine customer attitudes and behaviors toward on-the-go snacking. In addition, Jill engaged cross-functional team members to build project timelines and objectives for in-store trial. Finally, they conducted and synthesized competitive research to determine optimal away-from-home snacking experiences.

After their time at Target, Jill went on to work as a consultant with Brand Enterprise. During their time there, they helped client companies increase profitability and gain competitive advantage by addressing marketing and brand challenges. One notable project included developing a customer segmentation model for a local sporting goods retailer, which resulted in more focused and cost-effective marketing and advertising.

Most recently, Jill worked as the marketing manager for the Integrated Business Planning Implementation team at General Mills. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals in the development and execution of integrated business plans.

Jill Haspert has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in Marketing and Brand Management. Jill also has a BA in Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they graduated Cum Laude. Jill is also certified as a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
