Franck Marchand

Franck Marchand is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Licensed Manager and Member of the Board at Foyer Assurances since January 2011, and as a member of the Board at Foyer Vie since 2014. With a background in actuarial science, Franck Marchand has held leadership roles including President of the Luxembourg Institute of Actuaries from 2013 to June 2023 and Lecturer at Université du Luxembourg from 2009 to 2019, teaching reinsurance. Previously, Franck Marchand was Head of the R&D Department at Foyer Group, overseeing the Solvency II project and product management, and held various actuarial positions at AXA Luxembourg and Swiss Re. Academic achievements include a Senior Executive Program at London Business School and a Magistère in Economy/Actuarial Science from Université Louis Pasteur.
