Daniel Fernandes, CFP®, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Post-Secondary Engagement at FP Canada since June 2025. In addition to this role, Daniel is an Adjunct Professor at York University, teaching key courses in Personal Financial Planning, Retirement, and Estate Planning. Previous roles include Finance Researcher focusing on the impact of Robo-Advisors, a Certified Financial Planner at OPB, and a Financial Planner for the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Daniel also founded Bespoke Advice-Only Financial Planning & Consulting, providing holistic financial guidance, and worked as an Investment Specialist at RBC for nearly a decade. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from York University.
