Tanja Pabst

Tanja Pabst began their work experience as an Assistant Commercial Manager at Rolls-Royce in October 2010 and worked in this role until September 2011. Following that, they worked as a Consultant at EY starting in November 2011 and ending in March 2014. In 2015, they had an internship at BMW Group from August 2015 to March 2016. From 2017 onwards, Tanja worked at Rosneft, where they held positions as an Inventory and Pricing Analyst, as well as a Supply Finance & Volume Control Analyst. Their responsibilities at Rosneft included creating refinery performance reports, conducting variance analysis, and volume controlling. Most recently, Tanja joined Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG in November 2021 as the Head of Operational Controlling Europe.

Tanja Pabst holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Accounting and Controlling from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Wildau, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
