Stefano Aiello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, IT governance, and eGovernment programs. As a Senior Partner at P4I - Partners4Innovation and FPA - FORUM PA since May 2017, Stefano has focused on enhancing public administration policies and performance management. Concurrently, Stefano serves as a Professore a contratto at MIP-Politecnico Di Milano, where responsibilities include teaching digital transformation organization. Since 2010, Stefano has acted as the Scientific Coordinator for the Executive Master in IT Governance & Management at LUISS, developing training programs to strengthen IT governance capabilities.
