Shailaja Dasaram has worked in the telecom industry since 2012. shailaja began their career at MARS Telecom Systems Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Member of Technical Staff. shailaja then moved to Proxim Wireless in 2015, where they currently serve as a QA Engineer.

Shailaja Dasaram completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bala Vidya Jyothi High School in 2011, and from JNTU Hyderabad in 2011. shailaja did not receive any additional certifications.
